1. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before the artwork is shipped or delivered.

  • All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • USPS US Shipping

  • Shipping charges include packaging materials and courier fees.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the artwork is dispatched.

3. International Shipping

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Customs delays are outside the artist’s control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All artwork is packaged with protective materials suitable for international transport.

  • The artist takes every precaution to ensure the artwork arrives safely

5. Damage During Transit

  • If the artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must notify the artist within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the damage and packaging must be provided.

  • Refunds or replacements (if possible) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales of original artwork are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for change of mind.

  • Limited edition prints are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

7. Copyright & Reproduction Rights

  • The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork, even after purchase.

  • The buyer may not reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes without the artist’s written consent.

  • Purchase of an original or print does not grant licensing or usage rights.

8. Certificate of Authenticity

  • Original artworks include a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming title, year, and media.

9. Authenticity of Information

  • By completing payment, the buyer agrees to the terms and confirms they have reviewed all details of the artwork and sale.

10. Use of Images

  • The artist reserves the right to use images of the sold artwork for promotional, portfolio, and social media purposes.

11. Privacy

  • Your information is only used to receive Newsletters, Shipping, and answering your questions.
